List of Exempt Information

In addition to following the regulations of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Brawijaya University also determines the List of Exempt Information based on the results of consequence testing.

The following is the List of Exempt Information by Brawijaya University:

  1. Information/personal identity data of lecturers, education staff, students, cooperation partners, foreign researchers, and alumni, consisting of:
    1. Location/address of residence, personal telephone number, personal identification number (e.g. NIK, KK number); and
    2. Copy of identification attached to the person (e.g. copy of NIK, SIM, KTM, etc.).
  2. Income statement and Income Tax 21 collected
  3. Embargo of Student Final Project Repository
  4. CCTV recording data and taking pictures/photos in a medical environment such as RSUB
  5. Medical record data
  6. Patient debt data to UB hospital
  7. Complaint/feedback description data entered into the UB-Care (Feedback Care) system of Universitas Brawijaya.
  8. Grade / magnitude of personal UKT for each student (not UKT Grade in general)
  9. Data related to new student admissions that are in process (before the re-registration process is complete), which consists of:
    1. Number of new students who re-register
    2. Number of new students who withdrew
  10. Personal information/data of graduates on the Tracer Study questionnaire
  11. Information/personal data on the Graduate User Satisfaction Survey questionnaire
  12. Information on the identity of victims or witnesses related to the handling of sexual violence:
    1. Identity of the victim or witness;
    2. Identity of parties directly related to the report;
    3. Identity of the victim’s family.
  13. Information on the confidentiality of records and results of psychological examinations in the process of student counseling and psychotherapy.
  14. Identity of Reviewer in the Review Process:
    1. Assessment of Research Proposal/Proposal/Community Service;
    2. The process of validating Research / Community Service outputs;
    3. The process of applying for/forming a study center/service center;
  15. Research/Community Service results that have not been published;
  16. The process of Research/Community Service that has not been published;
