Integrity Zone
What is an Integrity Zone?
Zone of Integrity (ZI) is a predicate given to government agencies whose leaders and staff are committed to realizing WBK/WBBM through bureaucratic reform, especially in terms of preventing corruption and improving the quality of public services;
Towards a Region Free from Corruption, hereinafter abbreviated as Towards WBK, is a predicate given to a work unit/region that fulfills most of the change management, structuring management, structuring HR management systems, strengthening supervision, and strengthening performance accountability;
Towards a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area, hereinafter abbreviated as Towards WBBM, is a predicate given to a work unit/area that fulfills most of the change management, structuring management, structuring HR management systems, strengthening supervision, strengthening performance accountability, and strengthening the quality of public services;
Areas of Change
Areas of change are components that determine the achievement of the Integrity Zone development results towards WBK / WBBM. There are 6 (six) areas of change and their respective weights, namely:
Management of Change
Change management aims to systematically and consistently change the work mechanism, mindset, and work culture (culture set) of individuals in the work unit that is built, for the better in accordance with the goals and objectives of Integrity Zone development.
Structuring governance
Structuring governance aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of systems, processes, and work procedures that are clear, effective, efficient, and measurable in the Integrity Zone towards WBK / WBBM.
HR Management Structuring
Structuring the apparatus HR management system aims to improve the professionalism of apparatus HR in the Integrity Zone Towards WBK / WBBM.
Strengthening Accountability
Performance accountability is a manifestation of the obligation of a government agency to account for the success / failure of the implementation of programs and activities in achieving the mission and objectives of the organization. This area aims to increase the capacity and performance accountability of government agencies towards the Integrity Zone.
Strengthening Supervision
Strengthening supervision aims to improve the implementation of clean and KKN-free governance in each government agency.
Improving the Quality of Public Services
Improving the quality of public services is carried out to build public trust in public service providers in the context of improving the welfare of the community by making public complaints as a means of improving public services.
