The results of the satisfaction survey of all services at FIKES show that the average value of satisfaction is 83.58% which means that the quality of service at FIKES is B with good service performance at FIKES UB. The highest satisfaction is in foreign cooperation services (IKM 98.02) and the lowest value is satisfaction with facilities and infrastructure at FIKES UB (77.56).
