Jurusan Keperawatan berkolaborasi dengan Jurusan Gizi FKUB Sukses Gelar “The 1st International Nursing and Health Sciences Symposium (INHSS)”

    Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda seluruh dunia tidak membatasi Jurusan Keperawatan untuk tetap melaksanakan pertemuan ilmiah sebagai wadah untuk berbagi ilmu dan pengalaman antar akademisi dan tenaga Kesehatan. Pada tanggal 13-15 November 2020, Jurusan Keperawatan menggandeng Jurusan Gizi FKUB berhasil menyelenggarakan kegiatan The 1st International Nursing and Health Sciences Symposium (INHSS) “Adapting to New Habits: Strengthening Interprofessional Collaboration and Embracing Innovative Measures to Improve Quality of Healthcare Services”. Simposium ini diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah pengembangan ilmu yang sangat signifikan terkait dengan kolaborasi antarprofesi dalam pelayanan pasien dan memastikan ketahanan pangan di masa penerapan new normal. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga dapat menjadi sarana sharing pengetahuan, keilmuan, keterampilan dan trend issue terkini mengenai kolaborasiantar profesi dan ketahanan pangan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat melalui sinergitas science, riset, dan teknologi.

The 1st INHSS menghadirkan para pakar dalam bidang keperawatan, gizi, dan ilmu Kesehatan yang berasal dari dalam negeri dan luar negeri, yaitu:

  2. Professor Virginia Plummer, RN (Federation University, Australia)
  3. Haliza Hasan, RN, PhD (International Islamic University Malaysia)
  4. Dr. Retno Lestari, S. Kep., M.Nurs (School of Nursing Faculty of Medicine Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia)
  5. Prof. Madya Norhasmah Sulaiman, PhD (Universiti Putra Malaysia)
  6. Dr. Nurul Muslihah, SP., M.Kes (Nutrition Department Faculty of Medicine Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia)

    Kegiatan kolaborasi pertama Jurusan Keperawatan dan Jurusan Gizi FKUB ini diikuti sebanyak 204 peserta yang berasal dari Indonesia, Malaysia, Taipei, dan Australia. Sebanyak 95 artikel penelitian dalam bidang keperawatan, gizi, dan ilmu kesehatan lain dipresentasikan pada kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini diakhiri dengan penutupan oleh Ketua Jurusan Keperawatan dan Ketua Jurusan Gizi FKUB. Keduanya berharap agar kedepan kolaborasi ini dapat berlanjut setiap tahunnya.

    Kesuksesan kegiatan ini tidak luput dari kerja keras panitia yang didukung penuh oleh kedua Jurusan dan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya. Harapannya setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, tenaga profesional kesehatan dapat lebih mengetahui, memahami isu-isu terkini dan dapat mengaplikasikannya di layanan kesehatan demi meningkatkan derajad kesehatan masyarakat (admin keperawatan).

  The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the whole world has not limited the Department of Nursing to continue to hold scientific meetings as a forum for sharing knowledge and experiences between academics and health workers. On November 13-15, 2020, the Department of Nursing collaborated with the Department of Nutrition FKUB successfully held The 1st International Nursing and Health Sciences Symposium (INHSS) “Adapting to New Habits: Strengthening Interprofessional Collaboration and Embracing Innovative Measures to Improve Quality of Healthcare Services”. This symposium is expected to be a very significant forum for the development of knowledge related to interprofessional collaboration in patient care and ensuring food security during the implementation of the new normal. In addition, this activity can also be a means of sharing knowledge, knowledge, skills and the latest trend issues regarding collaboration between professions and community food security to improve public health status through the synergy of science, research, and technology.

The 1st INHSS brings together experts in the fields of nursing, nutrition, and health sciences from within the country and abroad, namely :

  The first collaboration activity between the Nursing Department and the Nutrition Department of FKUB was attended by 204 participants from Indonesia, Malaysia, Taipei, and Australia. A total of 95 research articles in the fields of nursing, nutrition, and other health sciences were presented at this activity. This activity ended with a closing by the Head of the Nursing Department and the Head of the Nutrition Department of FKUB. Both hope that in the future this collaboration can continue every year.

  The success of this activity cannot be separated from the hard work of the committee, which is fully supported by the two Departments and the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya. It is hoped that after participating in this activity, health professionals can better know, understand the latest issues and can apply them in health services in order to increase the level of public health (nursing admin).
